Opinion proposes transferring Teshie Desalination plant to private Ghanaian operators

A published opinion piece has proposed that Ghana's Teshie Desalination plant be handed to private Ghanaian operators such as Kasapreko or Accra Brewery as an alternative governance structure. The proposal extends the Ghana water infrastructure PPP governance debate, which on the same day is documented as having produced a $235 million judgment debt on a separate failed water plant deal.
