Kenya Unified Short-Code Rule Offers Interoperability Model for Ghana's NCA

Kenya has changed its short-code rules to allow a single code to operate across all mobile networks, eliminating the need for businesses to manage separate codes per operator. The regulatory reform is assessed as a model Ghana's National Communications Authority could consider to improve mobile service interoperability.
