ILAPI Research Finds Over-Regulation Crippling Ghanaian MSMEs and Limiting Scale-Up
Research from the Institute for Liberty and Policy Innovation Ghana finds that over-regulation is constraining the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises in the country. Separately, ILAPI data shows that only approximately 28% of Ghana's micro businesses successfully scale to medium size, providing hard evidence of the structural barriers facing early-stage operators.
