Kumasi transmission line final upgrade phase begins, planned outages to follow

The final phase of a transmission line upgrade in Kumasi has commenced, with planned power outages scheduled as part of the works. GRIDCo is simultaneously installing a 145MVA transformer at the Kumasi substation to improve long-term power reliability for the Ashanti Region.
