Ghana's CSA Asserts Leadership Over FBI in Operation Blackout

Ghana's Cyber Security Authority has directly asserted that Ghana, not the FBI, led Operation Blackout, the joint cybercrime operation whose credit was publicly disputed by Communications Minister Sam George on 9 October. The CSA's institutional claim extends the sovereignty position beyond ministerial statement into the operational law-enforcement record.
